These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Call2Marketing application and website (the “Service”), operated by LNK Services (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Call2Marketing is a business-marketing tool that, after every incoming, outgoing or missed call on the user’s own phone, sends a preset WhatsApp message and SMS on the user’s behalf with the user’s business information. The user creates and controls all message content and chooses to enable the automation.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be 18+ and operating a lawful business.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password secure.
• One subscription is for one business account.

3. Acceptable use

• You will only message your own customers and contacts who reasonably expect to hear from your business, and will comply with all applicable laws including TRAI / DLT regulations and WhatsApp’s policies.
• You will not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
• You are solely responsible for the messages sent from your device and for obtaining any consent required from your recipients.

4. Subscription & payment

The Service is offered on a paid subscription of ₹599 per year (launch offer; regular ₹999) after a 1-day free trial. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. See our Pricing, Cancellation & Refund and Delivery policies, which form part of these terms.

5. Third-party services

The Service works alongside WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, your SMS carrier and Razorpay. We are not affiliated with those providers and are not responsible for their availability or their separate terms.

6. Availability & liability

We provide the Service on an “as is” basis and aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fee paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
